It is very important to make sure you have the right qualifications, the VTCT (ITEC) Level 5 Micropigmentation for Camouflage & Restoration, is a recognised qualification, both in the UK and worldwide, and is seen as the highest standard you can reach with certification, is recognised by all major insurance companies, council regulatory bodies and is Ofqual government approved.
VTCT (ITEC) LEVEL 5 AWARD IN MICROPIGMENTATION FOR CAMOUFLAGE AND RESTORATION
VTCT is one of the leading examination boards in the Beauty Industry.
More and more councils and local authorities are tightening up the requirements for their registration, so it is a good time to start thinking about Level 4 & 5 - even if your council is fairly lenient at this stage.
Entry into this qualification requires a VTCT Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology and a VTCT Level 4 Micropigmentation qualification or equivalent.
This course will develop your knowledge, understanding and practical skills when using advanced micropigmentation techniques, a form of cosmetic tattooing to improve the appearance or restore/camouflage areas of skin, and may be used to stimulate/replace/define natural features such as the areola. It covers the skills involved in providing a thorough consultation and knowledge of pre and post-treatment advice. .
All of the theoretical sides of this training course will be undertaken via our online training portal. Once you book your course and payment has been received, you will be sent your login details, to sign in and complete your theory home study modules.
There are 37 modules to this course, you must complete all modules before your course at least 3 working days before your course starts (we recommend that you complete these modules 1 month prior to training)
You can download our online training portal via the app store, where you will have direct access to the online portal via your phone or iPad. You just need to search in the app store "Bella Mai Academy" or click on the picture below.
