By accepting our terms and conditions, you are entering into a business contract with us and you are fully aware of the conditions below:

 

BOOKING:

  • Bookings should be made by contacting us about a course you wish to attend and we will issue an invoice for payment or you can book a course via our online booking system HERE , where you will be given our details for payment via BACS, please contact us for clarification on 07487 766990 or email us at: info@bellamaiacademy.co.uk​

  • Once we have processed your full booking payment, we will send your Booking confirmation, outlining the training, everything you need to know, and venue details, via email and your invoice. Your place is guaranteed only when your full booking payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation. If you do not receive a booking confirmation at least 3 days before your practical training, please call us on 07487 766990.

  • We have done everything possible to give you access to our online training portal, which we designed during Covid-19 and it has been highly successful, so we are continuing to run our courses that way, for the theory side. We will go over some theory during training as well, this will help with your training and we suggest that you make notes, from your online theory training, of any questions you would like to ask during your practical training. We have been as fair as possible and have put a lot of work into our online training portal and the online forum, to continue to help students and have added this completely FREE as part of your course. You will have access to the online training portal as well as the online forums, where you can chat with other students and me.

  • We expect all students to complete ALL parts of the training, including the online learning modules BEFORE they attend the course and to behave sensibly and responsibly whilst in the training academy, we do not guarantee that any student passes the course.

    If you fail to complete the online modules, prior to your training day, you will not receive your certificate. Once your course modules have been completed, your certificate will be posted out to you at your cost.

 

  • Once full payment for your course has been made, we DO NOT offer any refunds, as your course is fully booked, under any circumstances, as you will have full access to our online training portal and all of your theory knowledge, that we have worked hard on. You will, however, be offered another training date, if you cannot attend your course, you will be offered one alternative date, if you cannot attend either of the dates, you will lose your payment.

 

  • Our courses cannot be taught anywhere else other than with us. All of our training brochures have full copyright to Bella Mai Academy, anyone breaking that will be prosecuted.

  • If you attend one of our courses and feel the course is not for you, we DO NOT offer any refunds on our courses, once you have attended or if you have to cancel due to other commitments.

 

  • If you are 30 mins late for your course, you will NOT be able to attend the training day.

  • Face masks MUST be worn at all times. If you are exempt from wearing a face mask you MUST also wear a face mask, due to the rise in Covid-19 cases, it is mandatory in our training academy.

  • Please ensure long hair is tied up and you have suitable salon attire, if you do not have salon attire, please wear black leggings/ trousers (NO jeans, ripped or otherwise), black plain top, flat closed-toe shoes and nails are kept short and tidy.
     

If you are not wearing appropriate clothing you may be asked to leave the training academy.

 

FOR FAT FREEZING AND NON SURGICAL BODY CONTOURING COURSES

You MUST remove any jewellery, watches, belly buttons bars, facial/body piercings or any other kind of metal piercings or anything metal for this course.

  • We do have the right to remove any student from a course if they are behaving inappropriately and are inappropriately dressed i.e., wearing jeans and you will not be refunded for your course.

  • We DO NOT allow mobile phones to be used during training or any filming during our courses, as we film everything and put it into the online training portal, which you will already have access to. You may have your phones on silent and check them if needed once through the day. We find mobile phones distract students from learning.

 

  • Bella Mai Academy cannot accept responsibility for student’s changes to work commitments. Illness or personal circumstances and will only offer another training date once and will not refund fees.

 

 

COURSE FEES INCLUDE:

 

  • Tuition fees.

  • Training Materials/products used during training and training kits where applicable.

  • Manuals and Handouts deemed appropriate by Bella Mai Academy.

  • Certification.

 

  • You must ensure that you attend every hour of your course, on which you are booked. Our course content is designed to meet very high criteria. Failure to attend all of your course may result in you not obtaining your training certificate.

 

  • Students must be 18 years or over at the time they commence their training course.

 

  • Bella Mai Academy does not guarantee any student will pass their course, we must ensure you demonstrate full competency and meet our required standards.

 

  • All students are required to adhere to the Health and Safety Policies, Security Policies, Student Conduct, Client Confidentiality, Data Protection, and any other policy or regulation set by Bella Mai Academy.

 

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bella Mai Academy will make every effort to accommodate special requirements, that have been notified in advance via email.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

  • Bella Mai Academy cannot accept responsibility for student’s changes to work commitments. Illness or personal circumstances and will only offer one alternative training date and will NOT refund booking fees, for the reasons explained above.​

 

  • If for any reason you have to cancel your course, you MUST inform Bella Mai Academy, at least 14 days before the course in writing or via email, then you will be offered an alternative training date. You will only be offered 1 other optional training date.

 

  • If you fail to attend your course, you are booked on, on the day of training, and have given no prior written notice to Bella Mai Academy, then no transfer will be offered and you will lose your payment.

 

  • Bella Mai Academy reserves the right to alter published programs, tutors, fees or venues, without prior notice. In the very rare event of a course being cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered another available training date, but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred i.e. hotel bookings. You will only be offered 1 other optional training date.

 

  • During Covid-19, we have designed an online training portal, where you will have access to all of your training theory, free of charge, ready for your course. We now only take full payment for your training, to book you onto your course. Once your full payment has been made, you will have full access to the portal and will be emailed a username and password to gain access. Your training manuals and course paperwork will be given to you on your day of practical training and the date for your practical training will be arranged for you to attend. Hence why we do not offer any refunds for our courses, as you will have already had access to our online theory and a good part of your course, so again another date will be arranged for your training if you cannot attend.

 

  • We have done everything possible to give you access to our online training portal during Covid-19 and it has been highly successful, so we are continuing to run our courses that way, for the theory side. LIABILITY:

  • Bella Mai academy does not accept any responsibility for any students who fail to obtain public liability insurance or follow the course instructions.

 

  • By booking your place on this course you have agreed to the terms and conditions above.

COMPLAINTS POLICY:

  • We endeavour to provide exemplary service, however, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience at Bella Mai Academy, we would like to hear about it, so we can address any concerns and ensure it helps us to continue to improve the service we offer. RM16 4JQ the complaint will be looked into and a written response will be sent within 7 working days.

  • Our Responsibilities:

  • To provide an efficient, fair, and structured mechanism for handling complaints.

  • To provide our students with access to the complaints handling process, including those students with disabilities and special needs.

  • To keep students informed as to the progress of their complaints and the expected timeframe for resolution.

  • Quarterly to review our complaints so that we can improve our standard of customer service.

  • Handling Your Complaint:

  • Upon receiving a complaint, we will acknowledge your matter via telephone or in writing within 3 working business days.

  • We will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint, proposed actions, and the expected timeframe for resolution.

  • Our aim is to resolve complaints in a timely manner and we will generally aim to resolve a matter within 7 calendar days.

  • Complex complaints may take longer than this to resolve. In these cases, we will regularly update you on the progress and likely timeframe for resolution.

  • We will advise you of the outcome of your complaint. Where you have requested us to do so, we will advise you in writing.

 

  • Step One:

  • If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service we urge you to get in touch via phone or email in the first instance. Our objective is to resolve the vast majority of inquiries or complaints during your first contact with us.

 

  • Step Two:

  • After a complaint is made, if it is not immediately resolved, we may need to investigate it. This process may take 7 business days, or longer (in which case we will update you with a reason for the delay and the expected timeframe).

 

  • Step Three:

  • When your complaint is resolved, we will confirm this with you within 7 business days.
