All of our machines are custom-built and, therefore, non-refundable. We offer a full 12-month warranty on our equipment.
Customer service and aftercare support are very important to us.

All our machines come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty for parts* and labour. If, during the 12 months, your machine breaks down under normal circumstances and requires a repair under warranty, we would ask that you arrange a remote maintenance check via Zoom/Facebook first to allow for visual diagnostic checks.

We suggest that you keep the original box/packaging in case you need to return a machine. The warranty is only available if a manufacturing fault is found. Not for damages caused by dropping.

Most issues can be resolved immediately, such as water fills. We are confident that we will provide you with first-class machines and first-class service.

Our machines are manufactured internationally by a well-established and respected company in their field, and all machines are CE certified with 15 years of trading and manufacturing experience.

The handpiece is covered for natural faults only; this part is very delicate (please do not drop!). The Flash Lamps / Laser Handpieces are covered for a minimum of shots or 12 months (whichever is sooner).

You will need to return the machine to us and pay the shipping fees.

A full manufacturer’s warranty gives you the confidence that, should the equipment, under normal use and conditions, develop an issue, it will be rectified as quickly as possible, typically within10-14 days. Misuse and damages caused by operator error are excluded. Maintenance charges will apply at £200 per hour. Spares and repairs are chargeable if the fault is not due to a manufacturing error.

We are the manufacturer's training provider, serving as the first point of contact. We do not have the right to issue refunds or compensate you should any faults occur or result in a loss of business.
Endolaser, Omnilux Masks & some higher-value products will incur a higher shipping cost to cover the compensation fee if the items go missing.

This will be at a set price regardless of how many you order.

For example, if you order 1,2,3,4 or 5 Endolaser Fibers, it will still cost the same set price.

We have had to do this to cover you and us if the item does not reach you or goes missing. So we can claim a refund for the items.

This is why the shipping fees may seem higher than usual.
