If you make payment via card, it does take 3 days for the payment to clear. We cannot give you access to your course until the payment has cleared.

You do have the option to make a manual payment via bank transfer where we can give you access straight away. Please be aware that this access has to be given manually and can take up to a day.

Endolaser, Omnilux Masks & some higher value products will have a higher shipping cost due to covering the compensation fee, if the items go missing.

This will be at a set price regardless of how many you order.

For example, if you order 1,2,3,4 or 5 Endolaser Fibers, it will still cost the same set price.

We have had to do this to cover you and us if the item does not reach, you or goes missing. So that we can claim your money back for the items.

This is why the shipping fees may seem higher than usual.
