SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

  1. Shipping Information

 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to support your clinic's needs.

  • Standard Items: Shipped via tracked delivery. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 working days.

  • High-Value Items (Machines & Omnilux): Due to the specialised nature of these products, they require secure, tracked, and insured transit.

    • Shipping Fees: High-value items carry a set shipping fee to cover full insurance compensation.

    • Delivery Times: For custom-built or internationally manufactured machines, delivery typically takes 14–30 days.

 

  • Import Fees: For products manufactured internationally, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes.

2. Return & Refund Policy

​

Our return policy is categorized by product type to comply with UK health and hygiene regulations.

​

Category A: Hygiene & Disposable Items

​

  • Products: Blades, needles, cannulas, aprons, pigments, and membranes.​

  • Policy: Strictly Non-Refundable.

  • Reason: Due to the nature of aesthetic practice, these items cannot be resold once they have left our controlled environment. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any sterile or disposable items.

Category B: Professional Equipment (Omnilux Masks)

​

  • Products: Omnilux LED Masks and smaller electronic tools.

  • Policy: 14-Day Cancellation Window.

  • Terms: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.

  • Faulty Items: If an item is defective, please contact us immediately for a warranty replacement.

Category C: Custom-Built Machines

​

  • Products: Fat Freezing, Fractional RF, and Laser Machines.

  • Policy: Non-Refundable.

  • Terms: Our large machines are custom-ordered and often tied to professional training bookings. Once the order is processed and training is scheduled, we do not offer refunds.

  • Warranty: All machines include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor. We provide remote diagnostic support via Zoom to resolve technical issues quickly.

3. How to Request a Return

 

If your item falls under Category B and is eligible for return:

​

  1. Email info@bellamaiacademy.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Once approved, return the item within 5 working days.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
