Our online courses are delivered through the Bella Mai Academy Student Portal App. You will have 24/7 access to comprehensive theory modules and practical videos. You can study at your own pace, rewinding and rewatching the techniques until you feel confident.

How do I access my course after I have purchased it?

Once your payment is processed, you will be given access to the course as soon as possible. You will recieve an automated email with your login details for the Bella Mai Academy Student Portal. You can log in via our wesbite or download our dedicated app to start learning immediately on your phone, tablet or laptop.

Can I really learn a practical skill online?

Absolutely. Our modules and pre-recorded videos show every step in close detail. Many student find online learning better because they can watch the process, as many times as theyneed, which isn't always possible in a fast-paced classroom.

What happens if I get stuck or have a question while studying?

You are not alone! Even though you are studying online, you have the full support of the Bella Mai Academy team. You can contact us via the student portal or email if you need clarification on any part of the theory or practical videos.

Do I need to sunmit case studies to pass?

For our theory based and upskilling online courses, you are assessed through the modules within the portal. Some of our more advanced courses may require you to upload photos of your work or complete an online quiz to ensure you have mastered the technique before your certificate is released.

Any courses that require case studies will say on the dedicated page for that course. Please ensure you read the full course page.

Will my certificate say "Online" on it?

Accepted Answer

No. Your certificate will state that you have successfully completed the specific training course. It is a fully accredited CPD qualification that carries the same weight for instance purposes as a traditional classroom certificate.

How do I receive my certificate?

Accepted Answer

Once you have completed all of the modules and reached 100% progress, your certificate will be generated automatically. You can download and print a PDF version immediately to display in your salon or send to your insurance company.
