THIS COURSE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
We recommend that if you are completely new to the beauty industry, you complete the ProQual Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology course, which we offer online. This will give you a basic understanding of how the body systems work and put you in a good position when the new regulation comes into force.

Where practical training is delivered in a group setting, learners WILL be required to work on each other. If you are unable to receive treatment, please let us know as early as possible.
Where feasible, Bella Mai Academy will help arrange a model; however, model availability CANNOT be guaranteed, and you are ultimately responsible for providing a model. Please contact us to discuss this if you have any issues BEFORE you book on the course.

What is Fat Freezing:
Fat Freezing, clinically called Cryolipolysis, is an advanced, non-invasive body-contouring treatment designed to permanently eliminate stubborn subcutaneous fat pockets without surgery, needles, or downtime. The treatment works on the biological principle that fat cells (adipocytes) are significantly more sensitive to cold temperatures than the surrounding skin, nerves, and muscle tissue. Using vacuum suction applicators and controlled sub-zero cooling (typically between -5°C and -10°C), Cryolipolysis crystallises localised fat deposits.
Once crystallised, these targeted fat cells undergo apoptosis (programmed natural cell death). Over the next 6 to 12 weeks, the body's lymphatic and immune systems naturally process, break down, and flush out the dead fat cells through natural metabolic pathways, resulting in a noticeable reduction in the localised fat layer.
